Overall, this piece is rather impressive. General knowledge of wolf is shown, and is apparent in the shoulders, stomach, and the paws. However, there are a few little things that I'd like to bring to light.
I do not know if it is a design or simple style choice, but the tail is a bit too fluffy to be a wolf's tail. The length is understandable, although in reality a wolf's tail wouldn't be that long. Also, in the hind legs, you have the left back leg sort of misshapen up at the thigh. It's kind of a squiggle that just looks a bit unnatural. The right hind leg also looks misshapen, whether it is at an odd angle or simply drawn without enough curves, either of those could potentially fix the problem.
The back also seems to give the wolf an appearance of being a bit more heavy at the front than at the back. That could be fixed by making the stomach a bit thicker or fleshing out the back some more.
However, even with minor anatomy errors, your technique in drawing wolves is superb and very nicely drawn. Your style can appeal to a variety of viewers.

Overall, the placement of the character is a great choice. The dangling feather whiskers, the movement of the tail, and the direction of the paws all create great movement throughout the piece.
The design is rather original in itself, I have not seen a character like this one before.

The piece itself doesn't leave much of an impact on the viewer. You don't really get to know much about the personality of this creature or know much of what it's doing. Is it just floating in a random world? Is it laying down in the grass? Or is it a mystical wolf that can fly on it's own?
